(b) Notation Musician Full Version. For the Notation Musician Full Version, Notation Software, Notation Software grants you a license to use the Software for as long as you use the Software. You may install Notation Musician on multiple computers within a single household to which you belong; and members of the same household may share the same copy of Notation Musician. The copy of Notation Musician may not be installed on computers outside of the household to which you belong, except on computers used solely by you at your place of work outside of the household. Institutions, such as private or public schools or music studios, may install Notation Musician on only one computer, unless it purchases a multiple copy license for use of Notation Musician on multiple computers within the same institution. 2. REDISTRIBUTION (a) Notation Musician Trial Version. You may redistribute exact copies of the Notation Musician Trial Version Setup program to anyone, and distribute the Notation Musician Trial Version Setup program in its unmodified form via electronic means (Internet, bulletin boards, shareware distribution libraries, CD-ROMs, etc.). Anyone who so receives and installs the Software that has been redistributed from you will be subject to the same terms and conditions of this License Agreement. You may not use an altered copy of the Notation Musician Trial Version that in anyway attempts to circumvent the 30-day trial period or other limitations of the trial version. 4. NO LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Notation Software is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to damages for loss of business, loss of revenue or profit, lost or damaged data or other commercial or economic loss, which arise out of your use or inability to use the Software. Some states do not allow the limitation and/or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. 5. GENERAL This Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning this license, and may not be changed except by a signed amendment. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement shall be governed by Washington law.
